This summer Bridges Together announced two exciting grant opportunities, thanks to the Tufts Health Plan Foundation and the Massachusetts Association of Councils on Aging. These grants allow communities to be trained on implementing the Bridges Program Curricula Suite.
Now, we are thrilled to announce that six of the 15 grants that Bridges Together is offering for the 2016-2017 fiscal year are filled! The following Massachusetts communities will be starting the Bridges program this year: Amesbury, Arlington, Oak Bluffs, Lee, West Springfield and Winchendon.
