What’s an Intergenerational Program? Join us March 10 for an Ins & Outs Workshop to Find Out

Participants at an Ins & Outs Workshop at Wheelock College

Bridges Together has a fantastic workshop planned, and we’re pretty sure you won’t want to miss it! Ins & Outs of Planning Your Intergenerational Program Workshop:

  • Friday, March 10
  • 9 am to 3 pm
  • Northborough Senior Center (119 Bearfoot Road, Northborough, MA 01532)
  • Morning coffee and lunch provided
  • FREE! Just register here!

Bridges Together is happy to announce that on Friday, March 10, we will be leading a workshop for anyone interested in getting an intergenerational initiative started. Join us! You don’t need to be a teacher or a senior services employee – and you don’t have to be an older adult or youth either! This free, interactive workshop is designed for anyone who wants to see all members of their community engaged with each other in meaningful ways. Click here for more information.

What types of things happen after someone attends an Ins & Outs workshop? Click here to read about Susan Curtin, Director of the Norwell Senior Center, and all the fabulous things her center is doing. (Susan attended an Ins & Outs workshop in 2015.) And just this last November, Cape Cod artist Andrea Hutter came to an Ins & Outs workshop in Fall River and credits the tools she learned there with helping her strengthen a leadership team that was charged with creating an intergenerational art installation at the Yarmouth Senior Center.

So what possibilities do you envision for your community, your workplace, your school? Bridges Together has the know-how and the tools to make your idea for an intergenerational program a reality, so join us this Friday. Register here!
