Bridges Together is thrilled to announce that on Monday, April 11, we will be hosting a workshop about multigenerational issues in the workplace.
Many organizations and workplaces now have four generations of people engaged in various roles, people who grew up in different eras. The Eriksons proposed that our socio-emotional development is affected in each life stage by an interaction of our body, our mind and our culture. In this hands-on workshop, we will take a stroll through American history to understand how “the times” have influenced and shaped each generation, including our character and values. Participants will leave with an understanding of the people in their various circles and tools to better connect with them.
Join us at our office in Sudbury for this free, full-day workshop as Andrea J. Fonte Weaver unpacks workplace trends and discusses ways that generations can unite and collaborate in our places of work. Register here today!
