Funding Available for a Bridges Program: Join Our Informational Webinar on June 8 for More Info!

Thanks to the Tufts Health Plan Foundation, Bridges Together has funding available for communities in Massachusetts interested in implementing a Bridges program!

Bridges, our off-the-shelf curriculum designed to unite older people with youth (in preschool, elementary school, middle school or high school/college), has been designated a Generations United Program of Distinction, supports the Common Core Standards and is a proven solution for a diverse array of communities.

If you’re curious about how to start this process, we are offering an informational webinar on Thursday, June 8 at 11 am EST to walk you through, step by step, how to:

  • Apply for the grant
  • Find a partner organization and form a Leadership Team
  • Set up a time for Bridges Together to train your Leadership Team

You can read about other communities that have recently implemented a Bridges program in these news articles. And then register HERE today!
