How to welcome people

At a recent bootcamp, we discussed unexpected visitors. One attendee from a senior center mentioned that many mothers and young children were beginning to come through the front doors every day: they were coming into the senior center to tBT welcomeake refuge from the extreme cold instead of waiting at their usual outside bus stop.
