More Funding Opportunities! New Hampshire & Rhode Island Now Eligible for Funding for Bridges Program or Community IG Leadership Team

Participants in West Boylston’s Community Intergenerational Leadership Team project

If you’ve been following Bridges Together in the past year on social media or in our eNews, you’ve read about the success of our Community Intergenerational Leadership Team initiative. (By the way, you’ll want to follow along on Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn and/or subscribe to our eNews if you haven’t already!)

Click here to read more about this special program, designed to unite different agencies, organizations, and individuals within one community to create a successful intergenerational program specific to the community’s needs.

Thanks to the Tufts Health Plan Foundation, Bridges Together is able to offer funding to communities wishing to partake in this opportunity. Even better, if you are in New Hampshire or Rhode Island, you are now eligible to join Massachusetts communities in applying for this funding!

Click here for dates and then register for an upcoming webinar to walk you through these opportunities.
