Learn from Colleagues – Share your Experience – Develop your Intergenerational Toolbox.
On Friday September, 20th join us as we take part in learning how we can come together in new meaningful ways. As an attendee you will be given the opportunity to engage in experience, learn real-life lessons and gain important take away tools to strengthen your intergenerational toolbox. Our experts will help you focus building your skillset and bring you to the right path to get started on your own journey of successful intergenerational engagement.
Attendees will have the chance to participate in two sets of round-tables facilitated by individuals with intergenerational programming expertise who will provide real-life lessons and take-away tools – with time for others to share their experience and ask questions. The first set will focus on specific age-friendly domains such as housing and civic engagement. The second set will focus on skills in areas ranging from getting started to doing evaluations. With a robust exchange of ideas, sharing of case studies, and information about the latest developments in training, attendees will leave with a set of tools to help with their intergenerational work.
